Our specialist courier partner/delivery team will contact you within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery within the following 1-3 days.

Our specialist courier partner will provide a 2-man, room of choice delivery service for your Pro-Lite Indoor Training Bike.

Bikes: We offer free shipping to Mainland UK. For other areas, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Accessories: We offer free shipping to Mainland UK. For other areas, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you are a resident of Ireland, The Channel Isles, Isle of Man, The Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, or Northern Ireland, your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In the event that a delivery is missed, our specialist couriers will attempt to contact you to book one redelivery slot. Any subsequent missed deliveries will be charged a redelivery fee.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped and is with our specialist courier, you will receive an email notification, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@prolitesports.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you as soon as possible.
