Pro-Lite Indoor Training Bike Warranty
Within the warranty periods below, Pro-Lite Sports Limited warrants the Pro-Lite
Indoor Training Bike to be free from any defect in materials used in the
manufacture/production process at the time of its manufacture.
- 6 months from the date of delivery for consumable parts
- 1 year from the date of delivery for moving parts and wearing parts 2 Years from the date of delivery for all other parts
- 5 Years from the date of delivery on the frame
The warranty periods above apply only to home and/or office use.
The warranty will
be void if the bike is used in a commercial environment.
“Consumable parts” means anything that cannot be reused once it has been
installed, but does not include wearing parts. This may include but is not limited to
handlebar grips/tape, decorative/branding stickers, seals and batteries etc.
“Moving parts and wearing parts” means parts that are not classed as consumable
parts, and may include but are not limited to the bike chain, control unit, felt,
sprocket, drive belt, lock levers etc.
“Other parts” means parts that are not moving parts, wearing parts, or consumable
parts, and may include the bearings, handlebars, handlebar stem, saddle stem,
saddle clamp etc.
The “frame” means the black metal structure of the Pro-Lite Indoor Training Bike on
which other parts and components are installed.
How To Make A Warranty Claim.
In the event that you are having any issues with your Pro-Lite Indoor Training Bike and
may need to make a claim under the warranty, please follow the instructions below:
1. Complete a Contact Form on our website

2. When submitting your form, please provide the following information:
- Your Name and Email Address
- The full address of where the bike is currently located
- Your phone number
- The order number from when you purchased the bike
- A brief explanation of the issue you are experiencing
We will then make contact via email or phone to figure out the best solution to your
issue.
