Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Pro-Lite Sports that you wish
to make a Return in writing by emailing:

• support@prolitesports.co.uk

We will reimburse You within 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned
Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the original Order,
and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement. You may incur costs/fees for the
return of the Goods, as outlined in the terms below. 

Return Conditions.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return:

• The Purchase must have been made within the last 30 days
• All bikes must be returned in their original, unused condition including all
  accessories, packaging and documentation. Any bike returned showing signs
  of use or damage (including but not limited to scratches, dents or any other
  condition that may impact the resale value) will be subject to a deduction from
  the total refund amount. The amount deducted will reflect the cost of restoring
  the bike to its original condition, or the reduction in resale value, as
  determined at our sole discretion.
• Pro-Lite Sports reserve the right to assess the bike’s condition upon receipt of
  the return and apply the appropriate deductions based on our review.

Making The Return.
You are responsible for any cost and the risk of returning the Goods to Us. You must
ensure that you keep the Goods in your possession and take reasonable care of
them before you return them to us. 

You can either request that Pro-Lite Sports arrange a collection of the Goods from
you at a cost of £100, or you can return the Goods at your own expense. You should
